7X4U is a unit of Jaei Consultancy. Jaei Consultancy operates this marketplace to connect skilled and unskilled workers with local employers. Employers post a short job. Workers near that place send a quote. The employer picks one worker and pays a flat deal fee. Phone contact opens after that fee.
Identity of workers is checked through a licensed verification partner using DigiLocker. We do not collect or store the full Aadhaar number on this website.
Services and prices
Worker pass. Keeps the profile visible, allows job quotes, and allows video uploads for 12 months.
Charged to the employer when a worker is selected for a job. Contact details unlock after payment.
Optional. Shows a worker profile higher in search for 24 hours.
Wages are agreed between the employer and the worker. Jaei Consultancy does not take a percentage of the wage.

Privacy policy
Jaei Consultancy collects the name, phone number, and job details you submit so we can run 7X4U. Worker identity checks are done by a licensed vendor. We store only the result of that check, such as a vendor reference and the last four digits, not the full Aadhaar number.
We use this information to create profiles, show nearby jobs, take the fees listed above, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information. Payment data is handled by the payment provider. To ask for a copy or correction of your details, email support@7x4u.in.
Terms and conditions
By using 7X4U you agree that jobs, quotes, and work quality are between the employer and the worker. Jaei Consultancy provides the listing, the selection, and the fee collection. You must be 18 or older to register as a worker. A worker profile can receive jobs only after identity verification and an active ₹199 pass.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Chennai.
Refunds
The ₹49 deal fee is charged only when an employer selects a worker. If the employer has not selected anyone, no deal fee is charged. The ₹199 worker pass covers 12 months of profile visibility and is not refunded after it is activated. The ₹29 boost ends after 24 hours and is not refunded once the boost has started.
For a failed or duplicate payment, email support@7x4u.in with the time and amount. We will check with the payment provider and return a duplicate charge to the same method.
